Mark your calendars for October 24!
From our founding in 1964 as DARE Family Services to now — 60 years later — HopeWell continues to be a leader in care and a force for good.
Throughout our journey, we’ve met the most pressing needs of the children, adults, and families we serve through resourceful approaches and pragmatic, deliberate action. At the same time, our work to ensure brighter futures and more equitable systems for those in our care has been guided by our ambitious goals, our bold ideas, and our intrepid energy. In other words, we have our head in the clouds and our feet on the ground.
So as we set our eyes, minds, and hearts toward the next 60 years and beyond, we are ready to build bright, vibrant futures full of opportunities for children, adults, and families across Massachusetts.
But we can’t write this story without you!
Please join us at our 2024 gala, Dare to Hope, as we come together to celebrate 60 years of impact, look toward the future, and rally around the children, adults, and families who count on HopeWell. We can’t wait to see you and celebrate with you!
Honoring
A generous family for their work lifting up children and families experiencing foster care:

Bianca reports on major events across the country, including incarceration, wildfires, police brutality, and immigration. Through her reporting, she brings attention to the most serious challenges we face — along with their potential solutions. Read more about Bianca here.

"We have been with HopeWell for 8 years and have fostered over 21 children. Every child joined our family with a different set of challenges and needs. Hope is believing and trusting. Hope is familia, my family, your families, the HopeWell family.
Mari Gonzalez
"Because of my personal journey, I was inspired to give back. To me, hope is wishing good things for the people you care about."
Catherine Hyacinthe
"Hope begins with a step toward the finish line."
